RAJPOOT INDIAN CUISINE
Balti cuisine uses its own distinctive range of spices with a focus on fresh coriander and methi (fenugreek), in a rich sauce made with onions and tomatoes. Served in a cast iron Kashmiri pan known as a Balti. Served with nan bread. These dishes can be cooked to suit your own taste requirements.
A common but much talked about dish. Splendid in taste and in a way an articulation of the Hyderabadi ethos and personality. Biryani dishes are a meal in themselves. Served with a biryani sauce.
